Shipping & Returns
Where orders are not in stock or are of a custom design they are made to order. Production time is typically around one week or less but may take longer depending on circumstances. If you enquire before ordering we can advise how long production will take.
Production time from September through to December can be up to 6 weeks.
Shipping and Shipping Costs
To find if a product can be shipped to your location and a shipping cost please add the product to your shopping cart, and then on the cart page choose your delivery zone. The shopping cart will then update and display a shipping cost or a notice to inform you if the item can not be shipped to your location.
Delivery of smaller items is nationwide via courier.
Delivery of large items is currently only available in the wider Auckland area (mainland only).
Delivery of large items are arranged with the customer after products are ordered and where necessary takes place on a mutually agreed day. Typically deliveries take place within 3 days of the products being ready for shipping (production time may also apply) but can take longer. Please enquire if you would like clarification before ordering.
Orders will not be shipped before payment has been received.
Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange or money back subject to the following conditions;
- The goods are returned within 30 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in their original condition
- Freight is arranged by the customer and at the customers expense
If goods are faulty we will happily provide an exchange or money back subject to the following conditions;- We are required to in order to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act; OR we agree that the product has failed to meet reasonable expectations at our own discretion
- Proof of purchase be provided in the event we are unable to identify your order
